Balance Heal Thrive
Applying traditional Chinese medicine theory, using gentle Japanese needling and moxibustion techniques and remedial massage to elicit a healing response and restore balance to the body. One hour treatment includes pulse and abdominal diagnosis, needling and moxibustion therapy and full body massage.
Fertility Vitality Abundance
Treatments are recommended 3 months prior to conception or assisted conception, to ensure optimum egg and sperm quality. Using techniques to address imbalance, restore flow and nourish the body which promote fertility and physical vitality to sustain a healthy successful pregnancy.
Peaceful Pregnancy & Birth Preparation
Acupuncture, moxibustion therapy and prenatal massage are extremely beneficial during pregnancy and for postnatal recovery. Using gentle techniques to alleviate nausea, pelvic and sciatic pain and other common pregnancy complaints, treatments nourish the body and restore emotional balance to promote foetal and maternal well-being. Towards the end of pregnancy treatments focus on encouraging optimal foetal positioning and preparing the body for birth.
Love Nourish Restore
Home treatments following birth to promote a healthy and balanced postnatal recovery. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy help to restore the body after the rigours of birth, assisting milk production, healing and emotional balance. Full body massage relaxes and nourishes the body and spirit easing the journey into new motherhood.
Gentle Shonishin for Babies & Children
An adapted form of acupuncture treatment developed in Japan using non penetrative needles to regulate the flow of Qi. Metal tools are tapped, stroked and pressed on the skin over the meridian pathways and on specific points to provoke a healing response. Treatments are less than 30 minutes, given in a fun and playful manner, finishing with massage to relax and calm the child.
Adapted Acupuncture for Teens
Using a combination of shonishin techniques, moxibustion therapy and gentle needling to restore hormonal balance and resolve menstrual problems, skin issues, digestive complaints and emotional stress. One hour treatment includes lifestyle and dietary advice as well as full body massage.
Lift & Glow Cosmetic Acupuncture
A 90 minute ‘red-carpet treatment’ that includes facial steaming, specialized cosmetic needles that lift and invigorate the skin, lessening the appearance of lines, combined with full body massage and a signature acupressure facial massage using argan and barbary fig oil to nourish the skin and draw Qi into the face, leaving the eyes lifted and brighter and the skin glowing with vitality.
About Me
Born in the UK, raised in Hong Kong, I now live in Morocco on an organic farm with my husband and our two children. I have a clinic at the farm but also offer treatments wherever I am needed. I have a diploma in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and studied different styles of Japanese acupuncture with Kiko Matsumoto, Andy Harrop, Stephen Birch and Narelle White. Narelle was my clinical supervisor for two years and she continues to mentor and support me across the globe from Australia. Her expertise in women’s health, pregnancy and massage has informed much of my practice. I also offer breastfeeding support and co-founded the Positive Birth group in Morocco. I offer treatments in English, French and Moroccan Arabic.
